G D & M Dunglinson, a Family Business, was established in 1959 by George Daniel and Marjorie Dunglinson. The company started out selling and servicing small electrical goods to the local farming community. It quickly grew and expanded to incorporate the selling and servicing of Bulk Milk tanks and Milking Machines to Dairy Farmers in Cumbria and South West Scotland. This continues to be the core business along with a very successful sundry and peripheral mobile sales facility. The Company remains family operated by Michael Dunglinson, ‘Danny’s’ son, his wife Theresa and son Mark along with a staff of 14 comprising sales, engineering and accounts personnel.

Our aim is to provide personal service and quality equipment to Dairy Farmers through the supply of Westfalia Surge Milking Machines; Dairy Sundries from Gea Farm Technology Ltd; and Mueller Bulk Milk Tanks and Heat Recovery units from Meko Holland B.V.

Our after sales service is provided on a 7 day 24 hour basis by an experienced and enthusiastic engineering staff with a proven ability to multi task across a wide variety of equipment types.

In addition we offer on farm advisory services, which include assistance with:

• Parlour Testing and Mastitis Controls
• Parlour Hygiene and Bacto Scan Controls
• Energy Conservation for Refrigerated Bulk Milk Tanks and Milking Machines.
